These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of queerconsultclub.com and its content (the "Site"), operated by The Queer Consultation Club ("TQCC," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
The service
The Site provides informational content and the ability to join a waitlist for a membership community. Membership itself, when it opens, is governed by a separate agreement presented at signup.
Eligibility
The Site and its content are intended for licensed and pre-licensed mental health professionals and are meant for an audience 18 and older.
No professional relationship
Using the Site or its content does not create a therapist-client, supervisory, consulting, or other professional relationship between you and TQCC or its founders. See our Legal & Disclaimers page for details.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content are owned by TQCC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute it for commercial purposes without permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Site in any unlawful way or to infringe others' rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
- Do not submit content that is false, harmful, or violates client confidentiality.
Third-party links and affiliate disclosure
The Site may link to third-party websites and may include affiliate links, meaning we could earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.
